Musescore 3.0 Notation Spaghetti

While writing in the new version of musescore, I encountered some quite inconvenient events where Musescore didn't respect the width of any measure-element meaning that flats and sharps and time signature would just pile on top of each other.

This is purely a local issue as it is fixed when I upload.

Also. I found a quite interesting thing where a 6 bar rest just stretched double the paper's width (out to a point where it was no longer visible - last picture: "PaperNotDefined")
