"Note entry bar" deleted

Hi!

Im using a PC and I´m new in the program. Chnaged from Sibelius. When I tried out MS the first time, the bar at the top of screen disappeared, where you select the note-value you want to input. It must have been due to a keyboard command, but I just can´t recreate it! I tried EVERYTHING to bring it back, but it´s gone. New installation brought nothing.
