Installing Musescore 3

I use windows 10. When I try to install Musescore a blue window with the white letters Musescore 3 appears. Also appears the windows installer box with the text "Installation prepare….". Unfortunately nothing else happens, the installer box stays and the installation seems to be stuck. Who recognizes the problem and can help me further.
