Display Zoom Factor

My partner and I are using the same MuseScore version (3.6.2), but the display is vastly different on his and my laptops. His screen width is 1920 pixels and mine is 1360, so I should see everything bigger than he does, but the opposite is true. What he sees with a zoom factor of 150, I see with a zoom factor of 600.

Now that is easy to adjust, but the toolbars are a problem. My display gives me TINY buttons in the toolbars, unreadable. I could adjust the display size in the palettes, but not in the toolbars. Is there anything I can do?
