adding staves in musescore 4

I want to create a piano score with 3 systems instead of 2 to make a sketch for a bigger ensemble piece. It isn't visible like in MuseScore 3 in the instruments tab where you could just add staves. Was this function moved elsewhere or was it not implemented yet?
