Error file cannot be opened

Hiya,

I've got a problem and hope that you can help me solving it:
I've been working on an arrangement all day long. I saved the file, closed MuseScore and did a break for 30 minutes. Now I want to open the file again and get this error: Error=XML_ERROR_EMPTY_DOCUMENT ErrorID=13 (0xd) Line number=0

Is there any way that you can restore my arragement. This has been hours of work. :(
