Severe Audio issues

I have been having severe audio issues, where changing my output device changes the pitch of the notes. The change in pitch is not apparent in the notes themselves, it can only be heard when using playback (it is incredibly noticable)

I have tried anything that the audio settings offer: reinstalling studio,increasing buffer size, ...

I have no clue why its this way but i seriously can not work with this studio with this problem not being resolved. Has this occured to anyone else or is this even a common issue?
