Export names are not equal to system names

Hi everyone!
Does anyone else have the problem that the export dialog never uses the system names that I set up in the Layout tab? Or am I holding it wrong? :D

See attatchment - left layout system names are correct, right export dialog, its wrong.

If you also consider this a bug, where can I file it?
