Working in freetime
It would be great to be able to work in freetime (without a time signature).
Some music like plainsong does not have a time signature.

Unfortunately the current implementation depends a lot on measures. Staff breaks can only take place after a measure. But you can cheat by changing the (hidden) time signature to fill every staff line with only one measure.
