The Musical Notation palate is missing

I just downloaded this program yesterday. I was messing around with it and ended up clicking a bunch of buttons on the keyboard. I don't know what I clicked but the notation tool bar and the palettes tool bar disappeared. I was able to get the palettes tool bar to show again, however I am not able to get the notation tool bar to show.
