Qt 5.4 to 5.6 upgrade steps (for Windows)

In case you haven't heard, MuseScore just upgraded from Qt 5.4 to 5.6. The compile instructions have been updated, but with a few incorrect screenshots and no information on upgrading, simply information on installing. So, I just completed the process successfully as an upgrade, and I've documented my steps in the docs and images in the zip file attached to this post. Please feel free to incorporate any of this into the compile instructions - you can certainly use the screen shots to replace the existing screenshots that are incorrect (like the one here: https://musescore.org/en/developers-handbook/compilation/compile-instru…).

The new deployment instructions assume that you have already previously setup these same things in 5.4 - this is an upgrade path, not initial installation instructions. My screen shots are from Qt Creator 3.5, I will probably upgrade to 3.6 soon. I assume they are not much different.

The existing compile instructions for the Deploy setup are out-of-date with my Qt Creator in terms of the labels and button text. My deploy.png file might help clarify those settings visually, were it added to the instructions. Just a thought.

The zip file contains a PDF, and ODT (open office writer) and PNG files.
