Musescore dosnt start with Win 10

Hello, I have the advice read and tried all. The exe file does not start with -F. None of the programs that make the problems is installed on my PC. Nevertheless MuseScore does not start. An older version 1.3 starts fine - they can only my files no longer read unfortunately.
