Konqueror Color Problems

Regards the conversion from pdf to musescore format:
When I attempt to load a pdf file in Konqueror for the "find pdf" window, I get a white background with white text. Impossible to read. I scraped the text off the "find pdf" window, and it is there, because I pasted it into Kate (text editor on KXStudio Ubuntu 14.04, 64 bit). As it is, Konqueror is confused with the system color scheme. Firefox works fine, and I can upload my pdf file that way, but not otherwise since the text is white on white so I cannot see what I am doing.

BTW, I tried the MuseScore 2.0.3 version and see that it does not provide an icon in Ubuntu Linux. I suggest that be added along with a "replace previous version" option. Also, I would like to have the Musescore archive to add to my updater.

Could you append a screenshot to your issue?
As for the BTW issues in your original post, it's better create separate issues or post this all at once in the forum where they can be discussed and turned into issues if needed.
I took screen shots of Konqueror vs Firefox. I made efforts to make my color scheme better for Konqueror and all I did was make Firefox have much less contrast, however you can see my issue.
There is probably a Javascript error. Could you open the Console in Konqueror and copy paste the error message?
There were no errors reported.
The txt file is the html that loads as taken from the "find pdf" page vis right click/source. I think that Konqueror is not using the desktop style/colors correctly. Same HTML works correctly on two other browsers in this same O/S with the same style/colors.

Unfortunately I don't have the Konqueror browser to my disposal so I can't reproduce the problem. If you could provide a patch, that would be great.
Looked at the issue again. I think a better solution is to let the user select the browser to provide the "selection" display. Usually there is some sort of "default" in MS products, but I do not see that in UNIX (Ubuntu 14.04). There are several mainline browsers in use, so defaulting to Konqueror assumes that the built in browser is all that exists. Many folks use Chrome, FireFox, etc. The line command "firefox https://musescore.org &" will open FireFox and get the site specified, it will also (if FireFox is already open) open a new tab instead with the site required. If the user is requested to name the browser desired (just once, and thereafter shown a "keep" box to un-check if so desired) and that selection is stored in MuseScore, then debugging a browser is avoided.
Please reopen if this issue is still applicable.
