Swipe Play

Sonar has a feature that allows you to hold a key down and swipe the cursor across a portion of your score. It will play the notes as they are swiped.

I've searched for this in MuseScore but don't find it if there is currently a way to do it.

I have found this a very useful feature when creating scores. I miss not being able to do it in Musescore.
