Glitch: Ghost Beamline
Measure 69 has a ghost duplicate beamline that I can't get rid of. Any ideas?

The beam came from m70, which was accidentally marked "beam 16th sub" instead of "beam start". (I assumed it came from the last two 1/8 notes of m69).
I think you are being hit by the following known issue: #16278: Beaming notes over barlines and line breaks. Quite annoying, but also difficult to fix cleanly. But reset the affected beams to auto (or make them explicitly what you need) and don't try to beam across the barline, if indeed you were trying to (sounds like maybe it was accidental)

yep, that's it.
