According to the plugin documentation, the note at index 0 is the top note of a chord. Unless I'm going daft, this is backwards - index 0 is the bottom note. Yes?

Yes. You are right. topNotes gives the last index of the note array. 0 is the bottom one.
I fixed the help page.
