Request - how can i use Musescore to write out a Different type of TAB

Hi I would like to be able to use musescore to convert from staff notation to a different sort of TAB format for Button Accordion (diatonic b/c system) . Currently I use the Lyric facility to add the tab positions manually but if there was some way to convert this it would be brilliant - or alternatively if anyone can tell me how I might add a new output format i'd happily do it myself.
