I'm not sure whether I understand your request correct and I don't know in which case a drum staff with six note lines is useful.
But maybe with adding a sixth note line to a drumset via selecting measure, right click -> staff properties and customizing the drum palette via selecting measure, right click -> edit drumset should work.
