I'm not sure I understand your question. Maybe the instructions in the handbook will answer your question. See SoundFont .

but after decompressed I didn't find any file with extension .sf2 suitable for the sound of musescore
so what should I do to get a softer sound as "grand piano" ?
consider that i'm vocalist and ususally i write down scores for
Voice
and piano

Just look through the folders for the .sf2 file. Are you saying you couldn't file the .sf2 file or you weren't happy with the sound it produced? Keep in mind that the primary focus of MuseScore is notation not perfect playback.
