Some feature requests

Hi everyone!

I'm using MuseScore 0.9.4 on Windows.
I used Mozart (www.mozart.co.uk) before MuseScore and I noticed some missing features:

1) the ability to create multi-measure rests when you want and not only by the Style window for every n rest measures in the entire part (in Mozart there's a function that create multi-measure rests from a selected block of bars)

2) the ability to treat multi-measure rests like the other measures in the part, so that you can insert text, key changes, etc.

3) the ability to reduce the width of a single measure, like in Mozart

4) the ability to insert measure numbers when you want and not only every n measures (Mozart has a shortcut for this)
