Program crashes when I try to enter notations to a new composition
I just downloaded version 0.9.4 when I try to enter notations to a new composition the program freezes, Windows then closes the program out. I have tried uninstalling and then re-installing, I'm not sure if this is a problem with Vista or something else. This looks like an incredible program and I would really love to use it.

Version 0.9.4 has a known bug that causes MuseScore to crash when you add notes to a measure that is selected. This bug is fixed in the prereleases for the next version of MuseScore.

I downloaded the prereleases and was able to enter notation. Unfortunately as I was working on a piece it crashed again with no warning. This program is awesome please help.

You can help us by describing the specific steps that caused the crash. See if you can reproduce the crash by following the same series of steps. Sometime the crash is easy to reproduce other times it takes some investigative work. If the developers can reproduce the crash then usually it gets fixed.
