Although I can't find agogo bells in the instrument list, it is available as a sound in the mixer's default soundfont:
You can create your score and then change to agogo by right clicking on an empty part of a measure, then in Staff Properties you can edit the instrument name to agogo bells (if your instrument names are printed on the score).
Then change the sound to agogo in the mixer.
