Edit articulation playback length in inspector

You've got everything else in there, so why not? It'd also be nice if we could set our own defaults in General settings, so it could be adjusted for different styles of music.

I could have staccato under a slur and tell it to play the length it's supposed to, as opposed to staccato. Portato length is variable, too.
