Weird beam in score
In this score bar 139, beat 2.5, when I try to replace the quaver rest with an F in voice 2, I get a weird beam across several bars.
This must be a bug?
The only workaround I've found is to enter the note in voice 3.

Click the note -> Beam start
Select measure 144, and double-click on "Auto" in the Beam Properties palette, fixes the question.
It remains in my memory a few issues regarding beams. Don't know by now if related to this one.
Looks like you have set the beam property of the first note of voice 2 in bar 144 to be "beam middle" for some reason - you can see this by clicking that note and looking at the Beam Properties palette. This tells MuseScore to try to join it to the preceding eighth note, which is therefore exactly what it tries to do. Set it back to Auto as shown above to make it stop trying to do that.

That fixed the problem. Thank you all.
A special thanks to you Marc for your book ”Mastering MuseScore” - I'm amazed how it has increased my productivity using MuseScore.
