OK you're using a Korg SP-250 which is a Digital Piano going by the model (I had an SP-200 many moons ago, traded it in for a Yamaha P90 when I wore out the keyboard - lol)
How is this interfaced with your computer??
What OS are you using?
Which version of MuseScore are you using??
I'm also having difficulties with using midi keyboard. I've made sure that pulseaudio and pulsemidi are installed and rebuild musescore.
pmdefaults can see my keyboard, but in musescore and preferences->IO there is not any MIDI input entry. I've disabled jack midi output.
I've had the keyboard working sometime in the past out of the box... I'm using Linux and musescore 1.1 .
