Chord names copying and rests

It would be useful to me if chord names could be attached to rests when they have been in a score previously. Right now, when I try to copy a previously constructed chord name, for example, Eb maj 7/Bb, I can copy it to another note, but it will not display when I try to copy it to a rest.
