Auto-clean?
As I write for large concert bands, orchestras, etc. (as I've said many times before), I use a lot of instruments, which means a lot of staves. As such, every time I insert things (e.g. dynamic markings, accents, trills, rests, etc.), I need them to line up so that they can be read more easily.
What I'm asking is this: can a feature be implemented into MuseScore that, upon using, automatically lines up such markings as I've listed? I don't think it should be TOO difficult, but I think that it carries a great risk for corrupting scores and whatnot.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,

This might address it :)?
Many marking have default positions that can be set via your Style settings. But not all, and not all the ones that shold be there actually work right. dynamics in particular have a style setting, but it is ignored at first. still, after enterng your dynamica, you can select the, all then hit Ctrl-R and they all snap to the position they should be according to the style setting. I don't know if that is already fixed in 2.0 or not, but wouldn't be surprised if it was. Not sure what you mean about rests, as their positio. Is normally fixed, but maybe you mean when multiple voices are omvolved? Iif so, that's definitely being addressed for 2.0, although I'd still like more comtrol.
I don't have experience with styles, so I couldn't comment.
You mention rests though:
#11623: Multi-voice rests don't space out properly
#11881: Pasting multi-voice note doesn't vertically space out rests
