Staves Background Color

Hi! Like with many many amateur chorals I suppose, we use a highlighter pen to color our specific voice line among the 4 others on our paper sheets to avoid confusion following the song.

It would be great to be able to color the background of the staves, and not only the lines. Colored lines do not render well enough on printers. I found out a way but it's cumbersome and messy : Insert a text box with the proper background color, and only spaces in it. Lot of work for a so-so result...
