Measure clef change is accounted as Courtesy Clef

If a clef is added to a measure rather than a note, the clef is shown at the end of the previous measure's end as is desired. Unfortunately this showing seems contingent upon the Create courtesy clefs in Styles→General→Page settings. As is explained in the handbook (https://musescore.org/en/handbook/clef), a Courtesy clef is one showing at the end of a system to aid in reading the change occurring in a new system, but this is all in one line: one system; ergo, clefs applied to measures should not be considered as courtesy clefs and thus their visibility ought not be contingent upon the "create courtesy clefs" setting.
