[Forum] Subject should be optional

I think the subject when posting in a topic, should be optional - unless you fill it in.

Currently, if you leave it blank, it will be filled by borrowing all, or a limited amount of what you're posted.

The number of the post can be somewhere around it, if you don't have a subject.
