Tremolo/Repetition combination?
Hi all,
I'm trying to create the trill/tremolo combination as shown in the last two notes of the attached examples
I can
- create a tremolo/repetition on one note as in the first measures
- a tremolo between two notes (although MuseScore doesn't connect the beam between the two minims, but that's ok for me).
But when I try to combine both (that is: first creating a tremolo between the two minims and then draggin a repetition mark on the stems of the two half notes) MuseScore cancels out the tremolo as soon as I drag the repetition sign on the second minim... And I think I really need both. With only a tremolo between the two minims it means "f-d-f-d" and I (or more precisely Nicolo Paganini :-) want the violin player to play "f-f-d-d-f-f-d-d"
Of course I can solve it by notating it otherwise (for example by simply writing out the tremolo), but I was wondering if there's a workaround for people who really want this kind of notation?
Thanks,
Senne

You could enter to 8th for the last two minims and then Right click -> Note Properties -> Notehead type -> Half.
