Automatic Just Tuning
Hi, we can already do Just Tuning ourselves manually with each note. Would it be possible to tune each note in the same space among multiple staffs by just clicking the tonic?

Not currently, but a future version of MuseScore will allow you to select all Ab's (for example) at once via right click / Select / More - either "Same pitch" or "Same note name". So you could more easily tune them at once.
