Copyright
I suggest that writing on the copyright part of the new score setup should trigger an automatic copyright symbol.
A user should not have to write"(C)" for it to be there.

Copyright isn't the only option out there for licensing your work. Check out CC, aka Creative Commons. Therefore, I vote against putting in a default license.
