Missing elements and layout changes
1. Open attached score.
2. 'Select All'.
3. 'Transpose'.
4. Choose another key signature (e.g. 'D♭ major/B♭ minor').
5. 'OK'.
6. 'Select All'.
Result: The layout has changed.
Discussion: The layout will change back and forth if you continue step 6.

I think Transpose is the cause (could be other things), but feel free to change the title, or add more information.
I'm not sure if it's a separate report, but I think it maybe related.
1. Open attached score.

Result: The start of the second line has no clef, etc.
7. 'Undo'.
Result: No change.

This seems to be a general problem (not just pertaining to Select All). I'm sure you'll understand the issue though.
1. Create score.
2. Click on first bar.
3. Increase stretch until a new line is created.
4. 'Undo'.
Result: The start of the new line has no clef.

In particular, I think there's some recalculations of the tick values that may be buggy.
The line breaking routine in the layout engine decided to split at different measures on successive layouts.
This is fixed in recent nightly build.
