Dear Sir,
Thank you for fast response.
Please answer on below:
1.I tried I + instruments but cannot find what I need concerning increasing staffs.
Please see an Attachment to this letter that explains more what I need.
2.At Attachment I showed how I prefer to typed chords.
Does exist in MuseScore a list of chords that works this way: I click on a place that I want a chord to be and after on chord at this list and it shows up on staff)?
3.I still have the problem with Maximize and Restore.Every 2 or 3 time I need click on Factory settings for to make screen a size which I need. Please advise.
Waiting for your response and thanks for assistance.
Best regards,
Mark.

It seems like perhaps English is not your native language - is there a forum for whatever your native language is where you could ask your questions in ways that will be more easily understood, and maybe you would also be able to understand the answers given a little better?
1) You need to add another staff, and you do this in Edit / Instruments. But we don't yet know if it's for the same instrument (eg, piano uses two staves) or another instrument (eg, flute and oboe). If it's two staves for the same instrument, click the staff you see on the right, then click "Add Staff". If it's two instruments you want, select the instrument you wish to add from the list at left. BTW, if you are just trying to create music for piano, don't do any of this - simply create a new score (File / New) and select the piano template. Then it is all set up for you.
2) To enter chord symbols, click the note you want the chord to appear over, press Ctrl+K, then type your chord. Hit Space to move to the next note or beat, Tab to move to the next measure, and keep typing.
3) There is a bug on some operating systems where maximized windows don't remember that. For now, if you don't want to have to maximize again next time you start, then don't maximize at all - manually size your window to be as big as you need. This will be remembered. But you should never need to revert to factory settings just to size your window.
I agree with Marc S. Perhaps you could use google translate to translate this into English, your question makes no sense.

If you tell which languages you are fluent with, I can, using Esperanto, search for translators, in case we have no native of one of these languages .

We're both in the US. Google translate understands Esperanto. Or just put your question in Esperanto and I'll use Google to translate it.
