transposing from concert pitch

If I enter three parts on a system of three staves, and would like to transpose the the middle part all at once is there a way to get the program to capture the complete line of 32 measures and transpose it?

I can't tell exactly what you are asking here, but the Concert Pitch button affects all measures of all staves. It's a toggle button. When it's on, your entire score is displayed at concert pitch. When it's off, you entire score is display with each instrumennt at its appropriate written pitch.

You can click on the first note you want to select and Shift click on the last one. You should have your 32 measures selected. Then go to Notes -> Transpose
