Font Size Differences

When you open the attachment below (it's not finished, by the way), you'll see that in certain places I'll have text such as "molto rall." or "poco rall." However, you'll see that for the different instruments they are different sizes. Anyone know why? Under Style > Edit Text Style the Font Size is the same and yet there are different sizes for the Staff Text. Please Help!
