Master palette kills program

Hi everybody,
Ever since yesterday, whenever I try to get to the master palette (Shift +T, Shift + F9 of with the menu: view - Master palette), an immediate crash report appears.
I've updated the program, then uninstalled and reinstalled the hole thing. Nothing works.

I'm using Windows 10, and there hasn't been any problem with the program for more than a year. Any ideas what might have gone wrong? Thanks in advance

Did you upgrade to 2.1 yesterday? In either case I suggest you try to revert to factory settings. Before you do that, would you print your shortcuts to a PDF or text file and attach it here? There is a print button on the shortcuts dialog. I'm curious to see if any of your shortcuts got reassigned.
