Coda/Spaces and Breaks
I'm not sure if I'm just naive, but I can't seem to figure out how to use the breaks and spaces. I want my coda separated from the main part of the song, but how do I accomplish this???

Have you tried the Handbook section Break or spacer ? Also see the tutorial videos on the main musescore.org page. Basically, drag the spacer to the stafff above the coda system, then double click it and drag it downwards until it meets the coda staff, then keep extemding it and space will be added. Another method is to click the first bar of the coda then insert a vertical frame. You can also imsert a horizontal frame as mention above to indent the system. See Frame .
