Are you sure this isn't your speakers or ears playing tricks on you - perhaps not producing the fundamental frequency as well as they could and fooling you into hearing the first overtone as the pitch? Listening through headphones, I can clearly hear the F lower than the B. In fact, if I start with middle C and work my way down in half steps, I can clearly hear the pitch get lower at every step for as low as it goes.
If you are hearing otherwise, could you attach the score? Could be something else going on I guess. But I'm guessing it's just a matter of the overtones playing tricks on your ears.
