Uploaded file not playing correct instruments

When I uploaded a score that has a cello part in it, I was formerly able to hear all the parts played correctly, including the cello part, but in my latest upload, it is substituting a piano voice for the cello. I recently added more instruments to the score and it plays those fine but not the cello. Any ideas why I am experiencing this?
