how to edit and trolltech website

so im new to plugin development and im trying to get started..

whats the best way to edit a script? notepad?

and i was reading the plugin development introduction, there are some links pointing to trolltech website (Quick Reference and Qt Script Generator) but it seems down. Any other link so i can get those things?
