quality of graphics
I set Musescore 2.1 portable. Quality of display of notes and the text is much worse, than in version 1.3.
Ubuntu Mate operating system 14.04 video card Nvidia Geforce X750 2GB. Random access memory of 8GB.

Can you explain what you mean? I don't offhand see an issue with the screenshot. Are you saying that while the print of the score looks fine, something about how it renders on your specific computer monitor is not looking good? What in particular? Are you familiar with aliasing - does it look like some sort of anti-aliasing artifacts? Any improvement if you uncheck the corresponding option in Edit / Preferences / Canvas?

Thanks for the hint. I tried to reduce an aliasing to 1. Helped a little. When printing quality high. I already understood that all improvings go towards deterioration.
Old versions gave the best image quality on the screen of the same monitor and the computer.

I don't understand what you mean about "reduce an aliasing to 1". There is no numeric setting for aliasing, just for selection. Antialiasing is either on or off. It defaults to on, try turning it off - might happen to produce better results on your particular monitor.

I meant that numerical parameter which is shown on this screenshot.
From correspondence I understood that I can explain nothing, and I can't be understood. Therefore I finish communication on this subject. I will look for the decision independently. All thanks!

As I said, that setting is not about antialiasing, it is about selection. What I am asking you to try is turning antialiasing off, using the check box just above.
@Uncle_Co , is text an imported image?

Yes, text is imported image. Quality of the text suffers, but it doesn't limit. Quality of display of notes and musical staffs is significantly worse, than in version 1.3

Can you answer my questions above? Is this on screen only? Quality should be identical or better, might be some sort of anti-aliaising artifact on your particular monitor.
