'Manage Audio Sources' Option when uploading a score does not work
My score: https://musescore.com/user/5089236/scores/4177461 does not display its audio source when I play the score whether I'm logged in or not. The audio source is a video to the score with a sound font, as you can't upload a sound font normally, it's completely synced with the score but the video refuses to show up. I'm not sure if this is a Pro only feature, or if it takes time to load, but I have been trying for over an hour. I'd appreciate it if someone helped. Thanks!

Press the top-right icon in the player to be able to select the audio source used for playback; your youtube version is there and it works for me.
Putting it as the default audio source indeed is a Pro-only feature.
Note that if you're on the latest released version of MuseScore (2.1) you can have it upload it's mp3 export of your local sound by checking that option in the 'save online' dialog. This is only available if you've enabled mp3 export by installing the Lame.dll file and if you're using soundfonts other than the default FluidR3.

However, even though I have installed the lame.ddl file, and my sound font is in the synthesizer, the mp3 export when using the 'save online' function fails to export the mp3.

Does the export to mp3 work when you do it on your local system, via the menu?
If you're on Windows 10, chances are you're one of the few users affected by #197716: Audio file will not upload

This is definitely the case, as I run windows 10, and exporting locally works perfectly
Could you please test the latest (not public) minor release to check whether the issue has been solved for you? (https://musescore.org/en/node/274378)
