Musescore 1.3 probleme with system texte
hi ,
I put on a musescore sheet music (I modified from a midi file), some text on note on the first (flute) part,
and when I modify them into staff text, it does not work, and when a right click properties the box is always uncheck ;'(
Did anyone had these probleme before ?

I realise English is not your first language, but can you be a bit clearer about exactly the problem you are having?
It is by no means clear what you are trying to do.
It also helps to attach the score in mscz format in these cases so we can see better what is wrong.

When you re-open the Text Properties, the box "System Flag" is unchecked.
(a default setting, not a bug)
On my pc (hey master, I know, Vista is moribund) the changes are made, maybe reload can help?

I know and sorry I didn't had time
so here is the midi and musescore file
What I did
Take the midi file into musecore
Save as a musescore file (Pavanemidi)
Rename the first instruments (also first I created an orchestre file pavaneorch indipendant and copy every line from Pavanemidi into that pavaneorch file)
on mesure 10 and 31 create a texte from the flute first note A and B (with rectangle around)
Right click on text properties to make them "system text" (and 15 size height and so on)
click ok
verify the system text is uncheck , re check it (as many time you want)
then export part (Flutes, Oboe, Clarinets). Flutes have the two rehearsal marks, and Oboe and Clarinette don't (if they are in multi pause rest or if they have to play !)
I used system text before on a piano - flute sheet music, and didn't had problems
but I wrote every thing, ...... here I'm taking from a midi file, is that the reason ?
Thank you for your answers.....
I tried with nightly build Recc4ee0 , and that works very well ...... (it does also breck multi mesure rest on instruments that needs)

Thank you Lamardelmy :)
You do know that MuseScore will generate a Rehearsal Mark if you select a note and then press CTRL+M ???
I suspect that way may be more foolproof when creating parts than relying on System Text
On both Musescore 1.3 and 2 ? ;)

Well in 1.3 and the nightly builds.
There is no official release of MuseScore 2 yet, although that is getting nearer by the day.
