After Save Online, tab title changes to "temp_99999"

Many if not most times, during and after doing a Save Online, the file name on the file's tab changes to "temp_99999" (9 = any numeral). Sometimes upon completing the action, the tab name reverts to the file name. Sometimes, repeating the action makes the bug go away. Haven't found a pattern yet.
