Repeats not functioning correctly in playback
Start repeat barline in measure 5, end repeat barline in measure 16
Correct operation:
Play measure 1->16
Jump to measure 5
Play measure 5->end
Observed behavior:
Play measure 1->16
Jump to measure 5
Play measure 5->16
Jump to measure 1
Play measure 1->end
Any thoughts on why this repeat structure isn't working as it should?

Simply remove unnecessary repetition bar at the end of the song.

I think that if you want at the end to come to mesure one again, what you need is a "da capo " (D. C.)
as you have a repeat bar line , i think that is musically (and informatically ?) better ;)

Removing the last repeat bar worked on my computer. If you want the whole song to repeat again, put a D.C. (found under the "Repeat" Palette) at the end of the piece, as Lamardelmy suggested.
