I recently posted a piece for flute, harp and cello, but when I listened to the audio only the harp could be heard. Does this happen often? (I deleted the piece...)

It is possible you hit the "Solo" button for the harp in the mixer (or muted the other two tracks). Or maybe you set the velocity of all the notes on the flute and cello staves to 0. Or maybe you were using a custom soundfont that had the flute and cello at different locations than the soundfont used on musescore.com (which is I assume where you posted it to). Impossible to say without knowing more and seeing the actual score.

No, I didn't do those things, and I was using the General User soundfont... Maybe I will just try again.
