Paying through mobile
As an underage person, I do not obtain a credit card. Thus, I suggest that Pro account can be purchased through mobile carrier, globally. It's fine if it cost a little higher.(as long as it is not above $100 per year, the currency's 3x more in my place) I find it really, really disappointing for the uploading limit. I even have to delete some to give way for my upcoming music. Would've been grateful if it's considered. Thank you.

I was talking about the Pro account. Google play allows payment through mobile carrier though, but not in my country.

Right, I realize you were talking about paying for the Pro account. I was just suggesting that in-app purchases within the mobile app could be a *method* for paying this. There is pretty much zero chance that a random open source software organization like MuseScore could negotiate agreements with each and every mobile carrier in the world to allow payments to be made *directly* through the mobile carrier. But it would probably be pretty easy for MuseScore to allow payments via in-app purchase, which might be almost as good.
