Smarter navigator orientation

I just updated to version 2.1, and during overview got idea about better user experience, regarding navigator orientation, to propose.

The vertical pager layout, imho, is best during music writing in pages layout, but is worst in single-line layout. This issue may be handled by automatic switch to horizontal navigator mode when score layout is switched to single-line mode. Also it might be hidden instead of orientation change. When back to page layout, user preference may be reapplied.

There could be option to toggle this feature, though i personally don't imagine anyone using vertical navigator in single-line score layout :) .
